Our court has "drastically reduced" the need for in person hearings.  Instead almost all hearings will be by video conference. On April 19th the court put on its website several handouts for using the Bluejeans video conferencing app. One for individual representing themselves. Another for attorneys, and a third one for video hearing tips. Here is there website for more information:
