With the # of COVID-19 cases continuing to increase, we have been asked to convey this information to colleagues and, in particular, to any self-represented persons, there will be another week with no in-person proceedings or service in the Court facilities, including no counter service at the Clerk’s Office. Here is the full announcement:


"Keeping you updated on the pandemic recovery and re-entry process:  We are further extending our Phase II hold with no in-person proceedings or service in the Court facilities, including no counter service at the Clerk’s Office, through July 31, 2020. We continue monitoring the situation and responses to good health practices and are consulting with our County Health officials. We will provide updates as available.

 

As before, please help us convey this information to your colleagues and, in particular, to any self-represented persons with whom you are involved in litigation. And once again, if you have any questions about a specific case, please contact the assigned Division.
