Governor Kelly @ 4:00 p.m. today announced she’s issuing Executive Order 20-61 that places a moratorium on  evictions and mortgage foreclosures for 2 weeks. 

The Governor said Congress doesn’t act within that time and issue  another round of  stimulus checks, she will look to issuing  another executive order.
