As the cases of COVID-19 continues to rise in Johnson County, Kansas the announcement went out today continuing with no in person visits for next week. Here is the announcement:

UPDATING THE PANDEMIC RESPONSE
RECOVERY AND RE-ENTRY PROCESS
NOTICE: NO IN-PERSON PROCEEDINGS AT THE
COURTHOUSE DURING THE WEEK OF JULY 20, 2020
We are continuing in our Phase II hold with no in-person proceedings or service in the Court facilities, including no counter service at the Clerk’s Office, for the week of July 20. We will continue to monitor the situation, consult with our County Health officials, and provide updates as available.
Please help us convey this information to your colleagues and, in particular, to any self-represented persons with whom you are in litigation. If you have any questions about your case, please contact the assigned Division.
